Sometimes it is very difficult to force yourself to study, especially when everything is so tired ... Although I promised myself that this year you will definitely study for all 100, you will come from lectures and do all the practical tasks, you will pass exams and tests with excellent marks. But then something goes wrong. Do you constantly set new goals for yourself in your studies, but you do not realize them? Opening a book and intending to master a topic perfectly, only to find yourself watching a series? For a month now, a diploma has been lying where even the introduction has not been completed? It means that your motivation is lost somewhere.

Five cool tricks will come to the rescue that will help you find her and finally start learning. More papertakers review how to create an essay you can find on our experts website.

5 tips to get motivated

  1. Write down the end date for achieving the goal. As they say, a long journey begins with small steps, so break the process of achieving your goal into separate stages. So it is better to understand what and in what order is best to do. For each stage, set your period and end date. By gradually completing these small tasks and meeting the deadlines, you will be able to complete everything on time.

  2. Take action. A rolling stone gathers no moss. These are not empty words, but folk wisdom proven over the centuries. During the day of constant say to yourself: "Act." It is highly likely that at the moment when you say this, you will notice the inefficiency of your actions or track the next bout of procrastination. Then quickly move on to effective action. And in the evening, count how many effective and useful things you did that day, be sure to praise yourself and fall asleep with a clear conscience. When you get up in the morning, tell yourself that you don’t know what you will do at the end of the day, but now you will do something useful. And do it! Start exercising and listen to your favorite songs, go for a run in the park to recharge your batteries for the whole day.

  3. Do the hardest first. When we first begin any long, difficult task, we have a lot of energy. This energy is spent gradually with every hour that we devote to the cause. Gradually we get tired, and attention begins to dissipate. Therefore, it is much more effective to start with complex tasks and subjects. Choose the most difficult tasks and questions from the control first, do not put off preparing a report for a demanding teacher for the last hour before going to bed. The more concentration of attention the work requires, the higher its place in the list of educational tasks should be.

  4. Create the perfect learning environment. Try to create an atmosphere where nothing distracts you from your studies. No calls to a mobile phone, no messages in instant messengers, no screams of loud neighbors. If necessary, use earplugs to block out the sounds of the outside world, or tell your family that you are not for anyone until this hated diploma is completed. By the way, not so long ago we wrote about useful applications for study. Among them there is such a convenient thing as Self Control. This application will temporarily block access to websites and social networks on your phone. Distracted by correspondence with friends will not work!

  5. Reward. As soon as you complete the task successfully, be sure to reward yourself. It doesn't have to be an expensive purchase. Something small but nice is fine. If you think that you did well with a very important task, then give yourself something that you have been dreaming about for so long. Lack of reward and praise for hard work can quickly destroy any motivation.
